A QR code ID card lets anyone scan a member's card with a phone camera and instantly see whether it was issued by your organization and is still valid. For NGOs with volunteers and coordinators in many districts, this is the simplest way to stop misuse of fake ID cards, certificates and appointment letters.
Why NGOs need QR code ID card software
Printed ID cards and letters are easy to copy. When someone misuses your organization's name, it damages trust with donors and the public. QR verification links every document to a record in your database. If a member leaves or is blocked, the QR shows that the document is no longer valid.
Documents you can generate
- Member QR code ID card with photo, member number, role and validity.
- Certificates for membership, participation, appreciation and donations.
- Appointment letters for office bearers, coordinators and volunteers.
- Donation receipts with QR verification.
How QR verification works
- The admin approves a member or issues a letter.
- The system generates the document with a unique QR code.
- Anyone scans the QR and sees a verification page on your organization's own website showing the document details and status.
NGO certificate generation software
Instead of designing each certificate in a graphics tool, choose a template once and generate certificates in bulk with the correct names and dates. Every certificate gets its own QR code.
NGO document management
All issued documents stay linked to the member's record, so you can reprint or verify them later. Members can download their own documents from the member panel.
Qrologic NGO software includes QR code ID cards, certificates and appointment letters. Try the public QR verify page, explore the live projects, or request a demo.
